Venue Hire
The Parish Meeting Rooms are available for hire.

Located in the Parish Office, adjacent to Sacred Heart Church at 253 Military Road, Semaphore.
​
All enquiries & bookings are to be made through the Parish Office during Office Hours:
Tuesdays & Fridays 9.00am - 12.30 and
Wednesdays & Thursdays 9.00am - 3.30pm (closed for lunch 12.30pm – 1.30pm)

Potential hirers may inspect the Rooms during office hours before making a booking.
There are 2 small rooms or 1 large room available for hire and there are toilets on site.
The Parish Meeting Rooms have air-conditioning & heating.
There is also a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove & urn.
Tables and Chairs are provided and a small selection of plates, glasses, mugs, cups & saucers, cutlery, utensils and serving bowls etc are available for use.

Decorations are allowed, but no sticky tape, glue, pins or nails are to be used to affix decorations.
​
The Parish Meeting Rooms must be cleaned and vacated by 12 midnight of the date of hire and all parties must have left the premises by this time.
​
Liability for breakages/damages to fixtures, furniture and equipment will rest with the organisation/persons using the facilities and the cost of repairs will be charged accordingly.
​
Costs for hiring are:-
$100.00 for each small room
$200.00 for large room
(A 50% discount is offered to parishioners)
​
There is also a Key Deposit of $50.00 and a Bond of $150.00 which are refundable upon return of the key and the premises being left in the same condition as found.
​
At the conclusion of the function the premises will be left in a secure state (all doors locked & alarm turned on).
​
